Our story began with Gina, our founder and head chef, who discovered her passion for pâtisserie watching her mom bake at a very young age. Over the years, she witnessed her mom follow her dreams, and also discovered an endless world of flavor through her travels abroad. With this passion at heart, Gina flew off to train at the prestigious École Ducasse, and then returned home inspired to share the magic of French desserts with the world.
