1-Order Errors:

If you receive an item that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order (within the same day of delivery) and we will deliver the correct item within 24 hours. In case the replacement is no longer wanted, you will be refunded the price amount associated with the error as per the payment method used, or as store credit. This will be determined as
per your preference.

2-If Recipient Is Absent Or Does Not Reply:

To ensure the best delivery experience, please make sure to provide complete delivery information including, but not limited to: building number, floor andapartment number, compound name, and landmarks nearby.OniriK Pastry Boutique shall not be held responsible for orders that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address or due to the unavailability of the recipient. If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery person will leave the package with the doorman or a neighbor unless alternative instructions have been clearly communicated. Please note that OniriK is not liable to the damage of products if handed to/left with a third party as per the customer’s request. If neither option is possible, the package will be returned to the lab, and unfortunately, no refund will be provided. However, the customer may pick up their order from our lab within 24 hours.

3-Modifying A Delivery:

If you wish to modify your order (change in items, delivery details/date, etc.), it must be clearly
communicated at least one working day before the due delivery date. OniriK can be reached by
email, WhatsApp/mobile, or Instagram from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

4-Cancellation and Refund Terms:

Special orders cannot be cancelled and the deposit cannot be refunded.
For regular orders, cancellation is acceptable and order amount is refunded only if it’s
communicated at least one day before delivery due date.If a customer forgets to pick up their order, and it is already paid for, then the order will not be refunded due to the perishable nature of the product.
